Who we are

InstaMocks ("we", "us") is developed by Vemoot Softech Pvt Ltd, based in India. Vemoot Softech Pvt Ltd is the data controller responsible for your information under this policy. This policy covers the InstaMocks Android app and this website. Contact us anytime at contactus@vemoot.com.

Your screenshots and projects stay on your device

The screenshots, mockups, backgrounds, and projects you create in InstaMocks are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, view, or store the images you edit on our servers.

Information we collect

You sign in with Google to use InstaMocks; we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID to create and identify your account.

If you subscribe to InstaMocks Pro, Google Play processes the payment; we receive the purchase token, product ID, order ID, and purchase time to verify and activate your subscription. We do not receive or store your payment card details. That's handled entirely by Google Play.

Google AdMob, which serves ads in the free version, may also collect device identifiers and usage data directly — see "Advertising" below.

We don't currently use any other analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs beyond the services named in this policy.

Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK users)

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (creating your account, managing your subscription), legitimate interest (keeping the app secure and functioning), and consent (personalized advertising, which you can withdraw at any time — see "Advertising" below).

Advertising

The free version of InstaMocks shows ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), and similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance, and limit how often you see the same ad. You can review how Google's advertising partners use this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, InstaMocks shows a consent screen before displaying personalized ads, in line with Google's EU user consent requirements. You can change your choice at any time from within the app. Everywhere else, you can still opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings, or via Google's own Ads Settings.

Upgrading to InstaMocks Pro removes ads entirely.

How we use your information

• To authenticate your account and keep it secure
• To verify and manage your Pro subscription
• To serve and, where consented, personalize ads
• To respond to support requests sent to us directly

Data sharing

We share account and purchase data only with the services needed to run the app: Google (Sign-In and Play Billing) and Google AdMob (advertising). We do not sell your personal data, and we've never sold it.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, California law treats letting AdMob show you personalized ads as "sharing" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without a sale. You can opt out of this at any time from within the app's ad consent settings, through your device's ad settings, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from a supporting browser — we honor these as a valid opt-out request. California residents also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, correct inaccurate information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Your rights (EEA/UK users)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to how we process it, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting anything already done under that consent). Email us at contactus@vemoot.com to exercise any of these. If you're unsatisfied with our response, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International data transfers

Vemoot Softech Pvt Ltd is based in India, and the services we rely on (Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob) are operated globally by Google. This means your data may be processed in India, the United States, or other countries where Google operates, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

Data security

We rely on Google's infrastructure and security practices for authentication, billing, and advertising, and we don't store your screenshots or project files on any server we control. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

Children's privacy

InstaMocks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Third-party links

Our website links to third-party sites we don't control, including our Google Play listing. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise (as with the EEA/UK and California rights described above).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
