Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the InstaMocks Android app and this website, both operated by Vemoot Softech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using InstaMocks, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What InstaMocks is

InstaMocks lets you design device-mockup screenshots for app store listings, directly on your phone. The free version is supported by ads; InstaMocks Pro is a paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features.

License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use InstaMocks on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business use in creating app store assets. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app itself.

Your content

The screenshots, backgrounds, and projects you create in InstaMocks are yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, they're processed and stored locally on your device — we don't upload, store, or claim any ownership over them. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any screenshots or images you import into the app.

InstaMocks Pro subscription

InstaMocks Pro is a recurring subscription billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Pricing, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation are shown to you by Google Play before you subscribe, and your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel it before the renewal date through your Google Play account. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's own refund policy, not by us directly — we don't process payments or store your payment details ourselves.

If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Advertising

The free version of InstaMocks shows ads served through Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use InstaMocks for anything unlawful, or to create misleading or fraudulent app store listings
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or the services it relies on
• Use automated tools to abuse the app's free tier or ad-serving in ways that violate Google AdMob's own policies
• Impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with InstaMocks

Intellectual property

InstaMocks — its name, design, code, and the device mockup frames and templates it ships with — belongs to Vemoot Softech Pvt Ltd. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying app beyond the limited license to use it described above.

Third-party services

InstaMocks relies on Google services — Sign-In, Play Billing, and AdMob — each governed by Google's own terms. We're not responsible for how those services perform, and your use of them through InstaMocks is also subject to Google's own terms of service.

Disclaimer of warranties

InstaMocks is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that device mockup output will meet any particular app store's exact submission requirements — always double-check your final screenshots against the store you're submitting to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vemoot Softech Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InstaMocks, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using InstaMocks and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use InstaMocks after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
